Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on product type and order volume. During peak periods (like launches or major sales), processing may take up to 14 business days.
Shipping Time (U.S.)
East Coast: 3–5 business days via FedEx
West Coast: 5–7 business days via FedEx
P.O. Boxes ship via USPS
Custom or Print-on-Demand Orders
Custom items and POD products may take up to 21 business days due to production time.
We currently ship internationally to select countries using DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means your local customs office may charge import duties or VAT fees when your package arrives. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

All coloring books include a paper protector sheet to prevent bleed-through — perfect for marker use
Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately after purchase or via QR code inside select books
We offer exchange credit only on eligible physical products. We do not issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
To request an exchange or credit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
Items must be returned in unused, original condition within 7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, or outside the return window

All digital products and services are non-refundable.
Custom Commissions:
Require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery of the finished artwork.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
