RawSueshii wants to make sure we provide you with the best service! Our commitment is not just for our products but our process as well.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday.
Standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via FedEx unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
During Launch and peak sales please allow up to 14 business days.
If purchasing a custom item or print on demand item, please allow up to 21 business days due to Covid-19

All commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to start working on your exclusive piece. Upon COMPLETION YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE TO COLLECT THE NON-REFUNDABLE REMAINING BALANCE DUE in order to Deliver your Custom Piece.

Our policy lasts 3 days from time of arrival. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase without contacting us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. Items must be received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to refuse package.
To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being credited or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be credited or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your purchased item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.
If you are approved, then a credit will be processed to your account within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
