🎨 ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Q: What kind of coloring books do you offer?
All of our coloring books feature hand-drawn illustrations in our signature RawSueshii style. They're printed on premium, marker-friendly paper and designed for adults, teens, and anyone who loves self-expression through color.

Q: Are your coloring books good for markers?
Absolutely! Our coloring books are designed with marker lovers in mind. While we don’t use black-backed pages, each book comes with a paper protector sheet to help prevent bleed-through and keep your pages clean while you color. Just place it behind the page you’re working on and you’re good to go!

Q: Do your books come with digital access?
Our Deluxe Bundle Edition includes digital downloads of Volumes 1 & 2, bonus pages, and interactive PDFs you can color on your device. Look for product details to see what's included!

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship from the U.S. using fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery and great quality control.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select countries including the UK, France, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and China. Other countries may be added soon.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Q: How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 8–14 business days (may vary by location)

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: WHAT TO KNOW

Q: What is DDU and will I be charged customs fees?
All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means local customs may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees when your package arrives. These charges are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Which countries are eligible for free shipping?
Free international shipping currently applies to:
🇬🇧 UK, 🇫🇷 France, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇸🇬 Singapore, 🇨🇳 China, 🇦🇺 Australia
📦 Orders must total $100 USD or more to qualify.

Q: Do you ship to the UAE or other regions not listed?
We offer shipping to some additional regions like the UAE, but due to higher logistics costs, these are not currently eligible for free shipping. Rates will display at checkout.

💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

Q: How do I access my digital coloring books?
Once you complete your order, you'll receive an email with download links (and QR codes inside physical books where applicable). Files are formatted for printing or digital coloring apps.

Q: Do you charge VAT on digital products?
Yes, VAT may be automatically added at checkout for customers in the EU, UK, and other regions that require it. Shopify handles this automatically.

🎁 GIFTS & SPECIALS

Q: Can I send a coloring book as a gift?
Yes! Just use the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. You can also add a note in the order comments and we’ll do our best to make it special 💝
